"Brought my 2011 Road Glide Ultra in from the Charleston area for 10K service and could not be more satisfied with my experience at Harley Haven. Considering the dealer I was dealing with prior, I'd rather ride 2 hours West and get work done at an affordable and fair price rather than deal with the local dealer where I live. "I am 62 years old and have owned Honda,Yamaha and Kawasaki motorcycles but have always wanted a Harley Davidson. It has been 15 years since I have ridden so I was rusty to say the least. I did not want to start out again on a big bike so I was looking for a 1200 sporster. I went to Harley Haven and they had just what I was looking for at a great price.The salesman,David, could not have been more friendly and did everything he said he would do. Everyone there helped me and made this buying experience pleasant. The day I picked the bike up I met the owner and he is a great guy.He went over the bike and even loaded and straped it down for me. It just does not get any better than that. I am ridding again and loving it. I will buy my next bike at this dealership."

"I had heard horror stories from other riders about dealer service and thier experiences. I was hesitant,but that certainly changed when I went to Harley Haven service department.I knew that my problem could be expensive to repair,and to my surprise they repaired my bike at a very reasonable price,even though they could have jacked up the price .My experience was fantastic and i would recommend them to anyone,who has a Harley.You have a phenominal crew and should be very proud of their honesty and work ethics!!!"

"I have known Tim and Stephanie since they were out on Fink Street. I always wanted a Harley and back then to get a new bike you were put on a waiting list. When I started looking for my newest ride I looked all over and either the dealerships were either out of the paticular model or couldn't get it in stock. "Let me first start off by saying that I have always wanted to own a Harley Davidson motorcycle. I have never been in a position that I could own one. Either financially or in position in the realm of life. I have been blessed over the past few years and finally have come to a point that I have almost everything I have ever wanted. One of those "things" is a real motorcycle. One of history, one of heritage and one of pure beauty. A real motorcycle, a Harley Davidson. I searched all around the South Eastern area for a long period. Well, I should have started with Harley Haven because that's where I found my dream bike (Road King Classic). They have an awesome selection but most of all a staff that treats "you" as "FAMILY". In today's world of lies and of a person's "word" meaning nothing, it was a true pleasure to experience the staff of Harley Haven. Ray Borden you are what I now consider a "Brother". Ray is true to his word. He told me what he could and would do for me to make my dream come true and made it happen. That is very hard to find in today's world. When Harley Haven says "Family", they mean it! There was no hassle, only INTEGRITY. Harley Haven, "Thank You" for allowing me into your "Family". Thank you for making my dream come true. "I brought my 100th Anniversary Electric Glide to them needing some custom fabrication done for the new tins that I bought during deployment. They went above and beyond what needed to be done to ensure that they would not crack and would be stable while riding. I have never been so pleased with that kind of work before! After recieving the tins back from having the graphics put on them Harley Haven had the tins, wheels, rims, and new pipes put on within a day. Excellent job guys!! The job was awesome and TJ was great to deal with on a daily basis. Thanks again and I will always recommend you guys to turn a wrench on anyone that asks me!"

"Thanks again for making acquiring our new Harley such a good experience and for assisting me in adapting my ole bones to meeting the challenge of gettin back on the horse again. Had a great 55 mile (low traffic) ride back home to Northeast Columbia, including a four mile detour around a bridge in repair on Cedar Creek Road. I recommend the route, especially going through Peak. Had no problems; got to know the bike (Road King) better and enjoyed every minute of it. Good learning experience to build on.
